The electric lifting belt conveyor is composed of a frame, a conveyor belt, a driving device, a drum, an idler, a tensioning device, a casters, an electric lifting device, etc. The frame adopts the triangle structure of H-beam welding. When selecting the conveyor belt, flame retardant and antistatic PVG conveyor belt can be adopted according to the tension. Flame retardant and antistatic PVC conveyor belt PVC680S~PVC2500S. Flame retardant steel rope core with ST/S630~ST/S4000N/mm material. The driving device is composed of a motor, a reducer, a liquid viscous soft start, a brake, a backstop, a high-speed shaft coupling, and a low-speed shaft coupling. The driving unit is fixed on the driving frame, which is fixed on the foundation. The drum is made of welded shell and joint. The electric lifting device is a kind of machine equipment which can be lifted and lowered by the motor, wire rope and pulley set, which is convenient for the conveyer to realize the modern conveying mode with variable tilt Angle.
